Our menu adapts to what each season offers, taking advantage of the fresh ingredients of the area, such as vegetables from nearby orchards or fish that comes directly from the sea. El Raier’s cuisine is a constant exploration, where we propose from burrata with zucchini to sashimi or Masover meats. We are driven by creativity and respect for the product, and we want each dish to tell a story and each bite brings you a little closer to Pallars.
